Astor is the CEO of Rasjah Holdings and has over 35 years' experience in the Caribbean Energy Sector. During his illustrious career, he held positions at the ground level from Technician through to Senior Executive. He held roles in Natural Gas Processing, Engineering, Marketing, Refining, Process Safety Management and Finance in companies with a global presence. He is qualified academically at graduate level, and he is a certified John Maxwell Coach and a certified AccuMatch BI coach.

As head of the Business Coaching arm of RasJah Holdings he uses cutting-edge technology to assist his clients. To do so successfully he has partnered with AccuMatch BI (which is the AccuMatch software programme and Business Intelligence) to identify and treat traits that show up as limiting behaviors.
